1) Sales & Warranty

• Products carry manufacturer/shop warranty as printed on invoice.
• Returns accepted for sealed items within 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• Software/configuration issues are not covered under hardware warranty.

2) Repairs & Data

• Customer should back up data prior to repair; we are not liable for data loss.
• Diagnostics fee may apply if repair is declined or device is beyond economical repair.
• Water/board damage success rates are not guaranteed.

3) Transport (Express)

• Bookings confirmed upon advance; cancellation fees may apply based on notice period.
• Passengers must follow safety guidelines and crew instructions.
• Delays due to traffic/weather/force-majeure are outside our control.

4) Academy

• Course schedules may shift subject to minimum enrollment.
• Certificates issued upon meeting attendance and assessment requirements.

5) Payments

• Accepted: VISA, Mastercard, bank & online transfers, cash/LankaQR, and cheque (selected customers only).
• Late payments on contracts may incur admin fees.

6) Quotes & Invoices

• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless noted.
• Prices may vary due to exchange rates or supplier changes.
